We are on the lookout for a Marketing & PR Manager (Maternity cover) within our Brand team, if you enjoy driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and delivering commercially effective campaigns then we may have the role for you!

As our Marketing & PR Manager you will work cross-functionally within the business, playing an important role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. Overseeing multiple integrated campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring each activation is insight-led, commercially aligned, and delivers measurable ROI. You will also manage our Marketing , PR and Social Media team ensuring seamless delivery of customer-focused, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, conversion, and loyalty.

A peek into your daily adventures:

• Drive integrated marketing campaigns: Plan and execute UK and international campaigns end-to-end, collaborating across teams to maximise performance, align with brand and product priorities, and adapt globally while boosting revenue.

• Lead PR strategy: Drive brand relevance and visibility across consumer, lifestyle, parenting, and trade media, supporting product launches, partnerships, and commercial goals.

• Social Media Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute an integrated social strategy to drive reach, engagement, and conversions, leading the Social Media team to deliver trend-driven, insight-led content.

• Influencer & Paid Collaboration: Oversee influencer partnerships and collaborate with Paid Media to ensure high-quality content, genuine advocacy and measurable impact.

• Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Turn campaign and trading data into actionable insights, driving content, customer journey, and conversion improvements across channels.

• Budgeting & Reporting: Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and provide transparent reporting to ensure efficient spend and alignment with business objectives.

• Team Leadership & Culture: Lead and mentor Marketing, PR, and Social teams, fostering creativity, accountability, and commercially driven performance.

Skills that make you shine:

• Creative and commercially focused with the ability to understand data and insights with NEXT PLC and measure marketing activities

• Previous experience of implementing a marketing strategy to demonstrate growth

• Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing successful marketing activations across multiple product categories and functions

• Well-rounded Marketer with strong campaign planning acumen, PR and social expertise and commercial business sense

• Good understanding and interest in digital landscape and how it is changing

• Confidence with social media and working with social influencers

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines and budgets

• Team player and great leader who will share the JoJo values

• Creative and innovative – always looking to improve and add value
