This is a great opportunity to start a career in Operations.
You will play a key role in supporting the Retail Operations Coordinator in implementing JoJo’s store communication strategy. Working closely with departments across the business, you will help manage store tasks and workload effectively while ensuring our store teams have the tools and guidance they need to operate efficiently at a high standard.
Clear and effective communication will be at the centre of your role, providing support and guidance across various channels including email, Microsoft Teams and phone calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering clear and consistent store communications.
- Provide timely advice and guidance to stores via email, Microsoft Teams and phone calls.
- Update and maintain store processes, procedures and SharePoint files.
- Support the Retail Operations Coordinator in executing the store communication strategy and retail plan.
- Manage consumables for stores, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor the effective implementation of NSS, PSS and stock takes in stores.
- Help plan and organise the retail store calendar, ensuring all tasks are well structured and communicated effectively.
- Act as a gatekeeper for store communications, aligning messages with retail priorities.
- Work with suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with contracts and agreements.
- Support the opening and closure of JoJo stores, ensuring milestones are delivered in line with expectations.
- Visit stores to gain valuable insight and feedback to continuously improve central support.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, PCI and GDPR.
- Uphold a positive, inclusive and successful brand culture across JoJo stores.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a proactive, highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy problem solving while supporting a variety of stakeholders. We’re seeking a team member who can:

Skills & Experience that make you shine:
- Experience in a communications-focused role (customer or supplier-facing).
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a clothing store environment.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work efficiently with others to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with multiple departments.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and resilient in a changing, agile environment.
