Interview Tips
-
We’ve got a smart casual dress code for interviews here at JoJo, so feel free to dress smart but comfortable enough for a day well spent.
-
Here’s a little glimpse into our recruitment process to help you prepare.
1. Phone call.
For both our Office and Retail roles, it all starts with a friendly phone call from our Hiring Manager. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any initial questions.
2. Face-to-face Interview
Retail:
Next up, we’ll invite you to a 30-45 minute interview – either in-store or online, depending on the situation. It’s your time to shine and show what you will add to our team!
Office:
Next up, you'll have a 45-60 minute face-to-face interview at our office in either London or Newport. Think of it as a chance to showcase your skills and get to know us better!
Keep in mind, these steps might shift a bit depending on the specific role, but this should give you a good idea of what’s in store.
-
Preparation is key! Research JoJo Maman Bébé thoroughly before your interview to understand our values and culture. This will help you feel confident and show us how well you align with our team.
-
For a smooth interview day, we recommend jotting down our address and planning your route in advance. If you have time, a quick trial run can help you feel more confident. Don't forget to check out local transport routes to avoid any last-minute hiccups.
-
Remember, an interview is a two-way street! Don’t forget to bring your questions for us. It’s your chance to find out if we’re a perfect fit for you, too. We’re excited to hear what’s on your mind.

Interviews can be nerve-wracking, but remember to take a deep breath, be yourself and enjoy the moment! You've got this.
